Dragon's Medical Bulletin
Print Newsletter Subscription Form

Dragon’s Medical Bulletin is primarily an e-newsletter, and is currently free to all subscribers. Anyone interested in receiving the Bulletin can subscribe to it for free and unsubscribe at anytime. 

Dragon’s Medical Bulletin also has a print version, which is mailed to readers who prefer to receive the Bulletin in paper medium.  However, the print publication is more costly and thus cannot be free to readers.  For readers who would like to receive the print version, subscription is $30 CAD per year (10 issues) for Canadian or US subscribers, and $45 CAD for international subscribers. 

Payment can be made via VISA, MasterCard, or cheques. Simply fill and fax in your completed subscription form. DO NOT send your credit card number via e-mail or through the website.
